Honestly... this is one of my hidden gems. It has also been a saviour for me. As many, during covid I gained A LOT of weight. I mean a lot! I have been an on and off member here for years. But now I am here to stay. The machines are well kept. The price is fair. The hours are awesome. And it's absolutely essential in this world of uncertainty and disease to stay fit and healthy. My wife and I both joined and this has been the best money I've spent in years. Oh yeah the staff is great and they have a shake bar and filtered water. You are doing yourself a disservice if you live in the area and don't at least check this place out. You can thank me once you join. CSS Gym's year end party was an uplifting experience, encouraging us all to improve our physical and mental health at a community gym that cares about it's members. Clean changing rooms and nice gym equipment. Very friendly and supportive environment! I personally love Holly, she is very professional, hard working and I’m always happy to see her. I cannot say enough about this place! Great staff, a Shake Bar, Slimwave and classes to get in shape for all! A variety of equipment and I feel like home here! Well, I practically am here everyday! They have trainers, health evaluations and a great motivational and supportive team! Come join me and others towards a healthy journey!!!! ~ Annick

It’s not too crowded they have good time hours. People in this gym are pretty nice - most of the time it’s empty so you can have a good training by yourself and they do have different group activities like : boxing , dance , and many more. It’s a clean gym with most of the machines you need and space ~ Andy-Moriah S

A great place to work out with very friendly people (a place to make friends). Plus the newest treadmills are absolutely top notch for runners. Lastly the Power Gym takes its hygiene seriously because it doesn't smell like sweat and kept very clean which is a lot more than I can say for other gyms. ~ Ms. M

Great place to work out. Super clean and well lit. Power Gym has all the exercise machines, equipment, and weights you expect from the larger gyms. The staff is highly professional, very helpful and super friendly. Forget the econo gyms. Power Gym is all you'll ever need. I highly recommend this gym. Check it out!! ~ Joseph R

While small, it has every free weight accessory and the all the staple machines one needs for a solid workout routine. It's conveniently located next to a grocery store and a couple of deps if you want to grab a post workout snack! Wasn't ever too busy when I went in the mornings. ~ Lucas H

I live near by, I visited all the gyms (mostly on cavendish) and this one was the cleanest one by far with new machines. Extremely kind staff. Exactly what I was looking for in a gym. Highly recommended ~ Shayan S

We rented the studio for my daughters birthday. It was great! The staff was very helpful and the space was great the have 2 bouncy castles and lots of room to run around. ~ juliej844 j
